We then use quality ingredients, which are mainly sourced locally, to create a really special freshly-made sandwich for you to enjoy. We source meats and poultry from Sibley's Butchers of Newark. Our Tuna is sourced from Sustainable Fisheries. Our organic vegetables are from Maxey's in Southwell. Our eggs are from chickens raised in barns and our cheeses are all sourced from their country of origin. Each sandwich is lovingly prepared to order by the team at Stray’s Sandwich and is served with a fresh salad garnish and portion of potato crisps.
