Farewell Bibiana - we'll miss you...

October 23rd sees the end of our time with Bibiana who returns to her family in Colombia. She started working with us in the Sandwich bar when it opened in 2008 and then moved across to the coffee bar where she became a star-performer in our team. She has always been a fun element within the team with a great work ethic and bubbly personality.

When interviewed, Bibiana stated " I want to work on my spoken English while in the UK and I see this as a great opportunity to do that in a busy work environment". At a recent appraisal, team leader Mat Short had to apologise to Bibiana for "sometimes forgetting that English isn't your first language".
In short, it would seem Bibiana that you've cracked the 'improving your spoken English' bit!

Bibiana worked as an English teacher in Colombia and hopefully, won't pass on too many of the more interesting phrases she learned from the team here!
