No, we can't believe it either!

Mat & Jane came up with this idea as a way to generate some funds for Sue's Place whilst getting a little promotional benefit for Stray's.

Our aim is to run the Half-Marathon and get sponsorship for it. The goal is £1000 and we already have £400 (19th July 2008). To pledge your support, please put your name down on our sponsorship forms in both the bookshop & coffee bar.

The Stray's team consists of Jane (MD), Liz (MD/Bookshop), Lisa, Graham & Mat (Coffee Bar). We are wagering that the first to complete the course » will be the Spritely Graham, (24) followed by the not-so-spritely Mat (36), as to the other three, who knows?

We'll post pictures of the event and will display our individual times once we're all finished. You can be sure of one thing - we're all going to keep running to the coffee bar to get some well-earned cake and strong lattes!
